RULES & CONDITIONS
1. This competition giveaway is offered by Smith Family Farm and is open to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 16 years of age. Employees of Smith Family Farm and family members of such employees may enter the contest but are not eligible to win.
2. The competition giveaway will begin at 1:00 a.m. ET on April 1, 2010 and end at 1:00 a.m. ET on May 1, 2010.
3. 5 prizes are available: 5 brand new copies of The Locavore Way by Amy Cotler (Storey Publishing, 2009, ISBN: 1603424539).
4. Giveaway is restricted to residents of the continental U.S. only. Limit one prize per household.
5. You must prove ownership of a winning entry and provide your email address and physical address to collect the prize. We will aim to send your prize the following day, however we reserve the right to send the prize within 30 days of the competition closing date.
6. To enter the giveaway you must send out a tweet from your own Twitter account that includes the following message: “I ♥ Smith Family Farm! retweet for a chance to win 1 of 5 copies of “The Locavore Way” from @smithfamilyfarm - http://bit.ly/locavore2010”.
7. Entries using automated tweets will be disqualified, however there is no limit on the number of tweets each competitor may enter.
8. Smith Family Farm will choose winners randomly from all the entries within the specified period. Winners will be announced from our twitter account (@smithfamilyfarm) once the contest ends.
9. Entrants agree to allow Smith Family Farm to use their twitter handles and entry tweets for marketing purposes.
10. Smith Family Farm shall not have any liability for (i) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (ii) any malfunction of, damage to, or misuse of the prizes; (iii) any corruption or typos of prize winners email addresses; or (iv) any restrictions or delays imposed by any customs authorities or any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority in respect of the prizes.
